This place was almost nice-except, the shower was broken and the mirror cracked, so disappointing. And the cleaning? A woman showed up with a brush and pan-hello, where's the Dyson? I expected a complimentary room upgrade for all this. You would think they'd at least try to cater to someone like me who deserves it.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to getting meds, and the old town. Fes El Bali district was worth visiting. There were satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe in the rooms, which made them extremely spacious

spacious beautiful rooms, Hammam facility, Moroccan tea service
Some bath accidents could be avoided with better maintenance!!! The decor felt slightly dated, needing a refresh!!! More attention to shower amenities and quicker room assignments would enhance the experience!!!

I was captivated by the fine traditional Moroccan decor. The ambiance felt cozy and warm. Every breakfast was a highlight, showcasing local flavors and delicious homemade pastries that I couldn't get enough of. The staff provided excellent service, especially Simo, were really good to ensure everything ran smoothly. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the riad. We did encounter some minor confusion regarding our room upon arrival, resolved quickly the next day. Just be prepared for that initial hiccup. Still, it didn't overshadow the charm of this lovely place. Would gladly return!
