Location: the hotel was adjacent to getting meds, and the old town. Fes El Bali district was worth visiting. There were satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe in the rooms, which made them extremely spacious

The room came with central heating, a safe, and a TV. the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and beverages. the hotel's location was ideal, right next to the old town, the Medina, and several restaurants. It was also conveniently close to everything.

Riad Fes Ziyat & Spa is a hidden gem inside the Medina, offering a peaceful location easily accessible. the private pool and outdoor area are a rare luxury, adding to the charm. the attentive staff, especially manager Simo, goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. the high-quality, varied breakfast spreads featuring fresh, genuine food are a delightful surprise each morning. the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the Riad create a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Room 3 may appear small and have minor maintenance issues like a broken shower rose and cracked mirror.
